Hi, I’m Christine, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CN-P) & founder of Cowgirl Wellness. I created Cowgirl Wellness because I needed a place like this when I first started my own healing journey. I struggled with acne and melasma for years. I tried every skincare product, medical grade treatment, and prescription out there but nothing worked. I thought I was doing everything right, but I was still eating processed foods, drinking alcohol, and ignoring what was really going on underneath it all. Eventually it clicked—the skin is just a messenger. No serum can fix what is coming from the inside. That realization led me to functional medicine and everything changed. Today at 31 I’m healthier than I’ve ever been. My skin is clear, my energy is high, and honestly I feel and look better than I did in my early 20s because true beauty starts with health. They are one and the same. Now I help other women get to the root of their symptoms and finally feel at home in their bodies. Optimal health and hotness. You deserve both.
